Occasionally The Phone Exchange acquires new devices, but the overwhelming majority of the phones we sell are pre-owned. New devices will be noted as “NEW” on our inventory page.
DO phones come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our pre-owned devices are thoroughly tested for quality and backed by our 30 day warranty. You can be confident your phone will be working correctly long after you leave our store.
Do phones come with any accessories?
All phones, tablets, and smartwatches come with a home charger.
Does The Phone Exchange offer any phone plans?
Yes. If you are looking to start phone service, The Phone Exchange currently offers Verizon Prepaid, Page Plus, Net10, and Simple Mobile. We have monthly plans starting at only $12 per month. Visit a store near you for details about phone compatibility.
Does The Phone Exchange offer any payment plans for phones?
Yes. The Phone Exchange has partnered with Payvantage to offer our customers a 90 days same-as-cash* lease to own plan.
Does The Phone Exchange sell phone accessories?
Yes. The Phone Exchange offers thousands of new phone cases, priced at only $10.00 each, in addition to a large selection of phone chargers, bluetooth speakers, earbuds, headphones, sd cards, car mounts and other hard to find accessories. The Phone Exchange also works with liquidation suppliers to locate bulk deals on name brand cases such as Otterbox, Incipio, Speck, Kate Spade, Spigen, and Tech21 that are offered to our customers at discounts up to 80% off of MSRP.
