Follow the steps below to send us your device
1. If you are shipping an apple device, please make sure that you have factory reset your device or at least are logged out of icloud and that "find my iphone" is turned off. If you are shipping an android device please make sure that you are logged out of any accounts on the device or that it has been reset.
2. Use a strong box or padded envelope for shipping. Make sure to pack your device well so it won't break during transit.
